Installing Windows 8 on 32-bit system

Solution
The short answer is yes. However, there are more factors at play rather than whether your PC is 32 or 64 bit. If your processor only has 32-bit it might not have the required NX bit, which is a minimum requirement for Windows 8. To ensure compatibility with Windows 8, you can check your PC's compatibility with the Upgrade Assistant (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=261871).
