The short answer is yes. However, there are more factors at play rather than whether your PC is 32 or 64 bit. If your processor only has 32-bit it might not have the required NX bit, which is a minimum requirement for Windows 8. what do you mean like are you trying to install windows 8 on a 32bit system because you computer is 32bit capable all modern PC'S are 32bit so windows will install because the only issue is your hardware might not be able to run windows 8 very very unlikely though
