i play games at low or medium settings without AA the resolution is 1280 x 1024

I would suggest ZOTAC 650 ti AMP edition. I have 2 Zotac cards and never had problems with them.

If you can afford to increase your budget by 2000-2500 RS you can buy the r9 270x saphire for 15000-15500 which will give almost 20-30% increase in performance,maybe even more.IF you live in delhi here's a place where you can buy your graphic card.

from those cards, the 650 Ti Boost is the best since it's actually not a 650 but rather a 660 that's been slightly watered down (like a 660 Lite)
