PC will not boot up if it conected to the graphics card but will with integrated

HI i just got a new graphics card a few days ago, (vtx hd 7870) and when i have it connected to the monitor for boot it will get no single.so i have to switch to the integrated graphic(HD intel 4000), and it will boot up fine,but when am into window i can swap back the the card and it works just fine, in device manager both are showed nad i have also whe into bios i change it so it will boot the PEG, but it dose work so i have to reset bios and put my old grapic card in(gt 650) so i can get back to biso and put the integrated graphic back to first priority.

My pc spec are.
i7 3770
mobo- h61m-ds2
8gb RAM
win 8.1
psu- x-power atx 600tf
other psu win power adk 700

Yer i have try that, still dosnt give a signal from the graphics card when i boot up

My bios is at the lastest version already, i dont have a other PSU to try but after i have booted th pc up via the intergrated gpu, i can swap over to the card and it work fine, i tested it on some games and it was working :S
