Recommended requirements doesn't mean that you can play on ULTRA.

ARMA 3 is a very demanding game. Also you were unlucky to get a GDDR3 version of RADEON 7750 . There's no way to max out almost any new game on ultra settings. GTA4 should work on low/medium 30-40fps. Try setting your ARMA 3 resolution to 720p or 480p . Should work.

Firstly, you can't play those games on max because of the DDR3 card.
Maybe some of your components are overheating. Download CPUID HWMonitor for temperature monitoring, and OCCT for stress test. Keep the tests going for 20 minutes each and post temperature results.

A LOT BETTER. But still don't expect to fully max out games @ 1080p at good frame-rates. You will be able to play games on medium with good fps though. This is the best bang for your buck GPU in my opinion

I would have gladly taken 1GB GDDR5 over 2GB DDR3. Always remember More VRAM is not equal to better performance.

The actual fact is that Faster VRAM equals to better performance and we all know GDDR5 is way faster than DDR3.

A 7750 with DDR3 is about the same as the 6670 with GDDR5 ram, with the 7750 DDR3 just having a little advantage.

The DDR3 version does not have enough performance to play ARMA III or GTA 4 at Ultra. Ultra would be way too much for even the 7870 for the ARMA III.

Anyways with that card 720p @ Medium Settings would give decent frame rates as well as decent visuals.

Anyways if you ever feel like upgrading, then the AMD R9-270 would be a very good choice. Nvidia GTX 660 and AMD HD 7870 perform the same if you get better deal on that.

I hope this helps.
