I'm looking to upgrade my mobo this holiday season. When I built my pc really cheaped out on my mobo and am unable to overclock safely. I'm wiling to put down a bit of money on a new mobo so I can really push my pc to it's best.

Here are my specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64
AMD FX-8350
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (11-11-11-28)
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 (EVGA)
932GB Western Digital
112GB Samsung SSD 840 EVO
LSP Ultra Professional 750w

I'd like to avoid going above 200$ but if it was really worth it I'd consider it.

Oh and will I need a new PSU as well?

Oh right and my heatsink is a corsair h60

These motherboards are really great value for money and maybe having all the features that you need.

And your 750 watt psu does not need any upgrade, unless you sli your gpu and plan to overclock your cpu and gpu both.

Thanks for the quick reply :)

I think I might go with that GIGABYTE board you linked, so with my psu I'll be able to overclock my gpu and cpu?

I have 2 choices for my new motherboard , Gigabyte Z87X-UD5H or Gigabyte Z87X-OC?

In my country these both motherboard are the same price. I'm not planning to overclocking .

which one is the best for my pc that have spec as below:

-EVGA GTX 780 Classified ACX/ Double bios
-CORSAIR VENGEANCE 8 GB 1600 MZh 8GB DDR3 (4*2)
-CPU core i7 4770k
-PSU Aerocool Strike X 600w 80+
-SSD maybe come in next 3 month

and i wonder what is ''Phases'' meant to motherboard, while Gigabyte Z87X-UD5H has 16 phases and Gigabyte Z87X-OC has only 8 phases.

Please Help and Thank you!!
