Hi everyone,
I recently performed a mini-itx build and it has been working fine for 3+ months. I haven't really used it, just been making sure its running ok time to time. Now I have started using it fully and have encountered a major annoyance...
I have a linksys cisco WUSB600N wireless USB adapter. When I connect it, it is connected but doesn't work. In device manager it has a yellow exclamation mark by it and it says Code 1 ( driver not found). Then when I click find drivers it doesn't work. THE THING IS... in windows update it detects the driver for it and shows it as an important update ready for download.... however when I download it just fails and comes up with code 800F0246. I have even tried manually downloading drivers but that doesn't work either. Please help with the update error code and this adapter, I will not have access to this computer after 28th Dec so it is a bit urgent.
(btw. this adapter works fine with other computers- I tried 4 of them)
