It will depend on your PSU/SMPS, what is the make/model of it ? And you will need a 6 pin PCI-E supplementary power pin from PSU to your GPU, do you have the connection wire ?

Else everything is fine to run the GPU (Graphics Card).

Radeon HD 7770 - requires19 Ampere on +12V rail and a 500W PSU minimum, though you could run the GPU on a 400/450W PSU aswell, provided its a decent PSU.

From the research that I just did, it will work, your ram is just hardly cutting it because 4GB is the minimum you need to power the graphics card. And you also want to make sure your PSU is strong enough for the card.

*Clears throat* I never said it was, just saying that the minimum you can have to run this card is 4gb.

He can have even 1 gb of ram and the card will run just fine, 4 gb is the minimum recommended amount for gaming this days and that´s something different.
