So, i built a new computer 2 days ago. everything appears to be working fine on the computer. i installed windows 8.1 and everything was fine. then i began installing my motherboard drivers. when my system restarted my screen came up to a blank blue windows screen with only a cursor. then i reinstalled windows and searched for the drivers online. after nearly 2 hours of downloading individual drivers the VGA driver for my asrock z77 extreme4 mobo cause my pc to again blank to a blue screen. I did a system restore on my pc and began installing all of the drivers but that one. Then when i installed java to use for a program on nvidia to detect my video card for drivers updates java crashed my pc to the same blank screen after the windows logo. then i system restored. at the end of the restore my screen went black, and hummed 3 times. then when i restarted it i got the same blue screen with only my cursor. I have no idea what to do now... I think the problem might be a bent solder on the back of my mobo by the video card. But I am not sure how that could be that problem
