WiFi Hub Limited Access HELP

So I have been having this issue and my WiFi keeps appearing on all my things (tablet, PC and laptop) and its says 'limited access' with a yellow sign over the WiFi simbol. This has been happening for a couple of days and I have tried resetting my router, turning it on and off and adjusting wife settings on my tablet/PC/laptop. This keeps on happening on and off, so it could be limited for a couple of hours and suddenly come back in for an hour or so. I am completely confused, could this be due to the virgin media servers overloading - as it is nearly Christmas could there be a lot of traffic on these servers as people are last minute shopping?
Anyway, sorry for the long question, but I really need some info/solutions. Thanks.

Call Virgin Media customer services and ask them if there are any service problems reported in your area. If they say "No", you could have a faulty router so ask them to send you a replacement.
