Can't overclock my Intel i5 3570K Help!

hello i recently upgraded my cpu and mb and now i have the Intel Core i5 3570K 3.4 GHz Ivy Bridge and the MB ASUS B75M-plus
today i try to OC the cpu but i was blocked because the ratio wont go over 34!! :(
so here are some screenshots, try to tell me if i'm doing something wrong

thanks for the fast reply
in other words, with this motherboard i can only keep the stock cpu ratio, not even going 5% more?
is it possible to flash a similar bios to unlock the overclock?

Try getting a 1st-release BIOS ;)
Some of them enabled overclocking anyway..until Intel raised a fuss.
The BIOSes may not be on vendor website ;)
They're not on Softionic, though. :D Make sure you stick to forums..

First release Bios
is it safe to downgrade the bios?

YES! It might be kinda hard though..See if you can DL the BIOS 1st ;)

thanks for the advice, but it didn't help, even the original bios version don't allow to go over the cpu stock ratio, i think is the b75 chipset that don't allow the overclock, I will move to the Z77 as soon as possible because of the "K" processor...
