will my fx 8350 w r9 280x sapphire duel x able to handle games smoothly at highest like the division watch dogs etc etc..i will play at 1440x900 monitor..plz help

Probably. But no guarantee as both games have not been released yet.

It will max most games currently out, with the exception of douche console ports like Black Flag and Ghosts.

so i was thinking about if a i7 4770k with a r9 270x would might do something better from fx 8350 r9 280x ..is this a good choice..??
