I have an AMD FX-8320 (3.5 GHz, 8 Cores). I've though about it for a while and want some opinions; if I set all my windows processes to the first 6 cores (cores 0-5) and then put all my processes like Steam, Skype, Google Chrome, and Video Games to the last 6 cores (cores 2-7) will that increase performance?
Also would taking away 2 cores from windows processes and having 8 for my stuff be better.
Anything you know would be helpful.
