a gigabyte p55A-UD3 motherboard with a i5-750 and two 2Gb 10600/1333mhz ram?

Yes, assuming your PSU is at least 450W.

Yes i have a 600w PSU running a sapphire 5850 vapor in my current setup. But what i am worrying abt is that my comp specs won't bring out the full potential of the gtx670 if i were to buy this card.

Only on very CPU demanding games will your old i5 bottleneck the GPU. Overclocking it will help alleviate the problem.

is there anything i can do to avoid that bottleneck? like upgrade my i5-750 or something? or get more ram?

Getting more RAM will not help. Overclocking it, will.

Not worth changing to another old LGA 1156 processor.
