hi guys here is the problem i had a freezing problem on my PC so i sent it away to be tested by a trusted company in my area they ran a full test one component at a time and came back fine nothing wrong. so he wiped my PC and done a clean install and the PC worked fine i have not changed any think since i got it back other then download 2 games wow and league. PC still worked fine up till yesterday and now the problem has come back after a bout 2 months if i listen to music on youtube i still hear the music but PC has frozen i leave it for a while to see if its a delay but nothing or some times it makes this loud noise like buzzing till i restart my PC and its getting to get on my nerves now please help me.

Yeah the Audio Driver is still present even though your not playing anything. Try using speakers or headphone (use the one you dont normally use) if you get the same issue. Just un-install all the Audio Drivers and reinstall them. You wont know what your dealing with until you've at least tried that.
