I'm replacing my CPU and MOBO pretty soon, and I don't have a lot of experience with selecting computer parts so I just want to make sure I don't buy something that ends up causing me problems.

I've settled on an I7 4771 as the CPU I'm buying, and my GPU is a GTX 670.

I have 2 separate 4 GB RAM sticks, and my case is a HAF 932

basically, which motherboard would be my best option and wouldn't conflict with other components I have.

I'm trying to spend less than $70 on the motherboard if possible

Yes chose that one! It's a great mobo for the price and considering its that cheap for you and you get a 5 dollar gift card its a great buy. I hope you have fun with your computer build and i hope you don't come across any...

thanks for the response. that motherboard is $70 on newegg canada, but I also found this one http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132042 which is on sale for $60, costs less to ship and comes with a $5 gift card. it seems to be nearly the same, is there anything missing/different that I should be worried about?
