-kingston4gb 1333mhz sdram
-320gb hard disk
-gtx 650

Thats all I can remember ,so what power supply I should buy and what motherboard I should get ?
if there is any mistakes in this build please correct me thanks in advance :)

Wow quite a responsive relic you have there. You would need a LGA 771 Motherboard (Supermicro make these) or try your luck on ebay for about $100-$150. PCI Lanes are 8x which will hamper the speed o your GTX 650. You might wanna consider ebaying the chip and dish up for an upgrade.
