Can I run assassins Creed 4 black flag with my Intel hd graphics 3000 2nd generation RAM 2GB with lowest settings?

HD graphics 3000 is about the same performance as a desktop radeon HD 5450.when I had a 5450 I played games like max payne 3,assassins creed 2,resident evil 5,gta 4,modern warfare 3,mass effect 2 etc all were smooth and playable except gta 4 which is horrible port anyways on lowest setting at 720p at 20-25fps so I,reckon that if I could plat those games smoothly you will also be able to play assasisns creed 4 at lowest setting 15-20fps.

The lag just makes me dizzy. Playing at 30 FPS is one thing, but 10-15 is just nauseating.

it could be hard with 2gb ram, but on a 4gb ram it runs smoothly
