I am looking to replace the case fans in my full tower desktop, but am not sure how to go about it. The tower I use is this one:

Coolermaster HAF 932:

Currently, I have a bunch of cheap, noisy fans in my rig and would like to replace these with better quality, quiet fans. This means replacing the 230 x 30mm fans on the front, the side, top, and rear of the chasis, and the CPU fans.

The case supports configurations for several 230 x 30 mm fans in these spots or I can use multiple 120mm fans. Which would be better? My criteria are:

1.) as quiet as possible
2.) no LED lights
3.) the best cooling I can get

Price isn't the issue.

I am currently looking at the Noctua line of fans as they seem to be a reputable brand, but don't really know where to start here. Most of their fans are advertised as being good CPU fans, but which of the fans would be good to use in this case for the side and top of the chasis? Also, I've read a little about push/pull configurations and don't really understand which way the fan should face for optimum airflow and cooling. Noctua offers several fans in the 120mm lineup, which is mostly what I would need, however they come in PWM, FLX, and ULN versions and I do not know which would work best for what I am trying to do. Their advice section states that all of these would work, but some work better in different cases than others, it doesn't really advise me more than that.

TL;DR
Need several 120mm fans, a 140mm fan, and a 230mm fan for my HAF 932 chasis and heatsink.
currently looking at Noctua
criteria are: needs to be quiet, no LED lights, and the best cooling I can get.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

In the Bitfenix its ok, if you want it to be quieter turn the speed down.
The SpeedBlocker is the quietest fan I know of.
