As the title said, my mouse changes the sensitivity everytime i launch a game.

I have tried turning off the program that came with the mouse, but it is indeed the system that is troubling this, it is very annoying, so thanks for the help in advance
Edit: It is the system sensitivity and not the ingame sensitivity i am talking about.
