It's my first time overclocking and I want to ask you first to be 100% sure that what I will do it's right.
I saw some overclocking guides on youtube from asus and they mostly said that I have to do 3(or 4) things :
1---- set from 40 to 47 the option under sync All cores
---- set cpu cache ratio possibly on 1 to 1 of core ratio ( if 4.6 ghz than 46 should be min and max cache ratio)

2---- set CPU core voltage to Adaptive Mode
3---- set Additional Turbo Mode Cpu Core Voltage from 1.200 to max 1.300

That all that I know right now about Overclock !

Btw I have a Corsair H100i as CPU cooler!

I was thinking to set manual just for the stability test and then , after I find a good oc/temp , just set to adaptive cause I don't think the cpu will be ever overstressed with applications and games to be overvolted. It's right ?

I guess you could do that. the benefit you'll have with it is that your voltage will go down when your system is idle, but it also creates a possibility for system stability but in your case I don't think you should worry about it. Just monitor your voltage with CPU ID and make sure it doesn't go too high because you don't want to be overvolting your CPU
