I bought an intel i5 3570k along with an GA-B75M-HD3 LGA 1155 B75 mATX Intel Motherboard

I'm currently using an AMD FX 4100 along with an GA-78 LMT S2P Motherboard , I was wondering if I could just take it out and install the intel with no problems? do I need to do a fresh install of windows? also do I HAVE to use the disc that comes with the mother board for the drivers or can I get them online? I have no disc drive currently installed.

Solution
Yes i will highly recommend you do a fresh install of windows since you change your mobo but you don't have to. You should always download the latest driver for any PC component because the ones on the disk are usually outdated.
