I am building a gaming pc an was woundering if i could run two graphics card using an SLI bridge with one graphics card in a pcie 2.0 and the other in a pcie 3.0.

Graphics card: Asus HD 7770 2GB AMD Radeon Graphics Card-http://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-7770-Radeon-Graphics-Card/dp/B0081LDXW2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1386790983&sr=8-1&keywords=Graphics+Card-Asus+HD+7770+2GB+AMD+Radeon+Graphics+Card

Mother Board: ASRock B75 Pro3-M Motherboard- http://www.amazon.co.uk/ASRock-B75- Motherboard-Instant-Charger/dp/B007RQ0HSA/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

also would an SLI bridge be to short as there is two PCI slots between.

P.S I know that this graphics card suports 6 monitors on one card but i would just like to know.

I would't SLI/Crossfire on that motherboard, since the first PCIE slot is x16 and the other is x4. That means that the SLI/Crossfire will run at x4 configuration and the results will not be great. Better stick to the one card, and in the future buy better one.
