Will this psu be good for gtx 660 gigabyte oc

I wouldn't recommend ANYONE buy a Thermaltake TR2. Its made with cheap, low quality components. It hasn't been certified at an 80+ efficiency and it makes no mention of using active PFC. Those are 2 of the things you want to look for in a power supply. And given the fact that it can pull 43 amps through the 12 volt rail means that it will make a nice little fireball when it pops.
Here are a couple suggestions in that same price range, but that are of a much higher quality.
