PSU Blue Screen Of Death? help

hi, im having some problems in my pc.. i shut down my pc but when i randomly start it, after windows 7 load pc is restarting (blue screen of death). after some times pc start. all components are ok but im confused in psu. can that make my pc bsod ?

intel 560j 3.6
3 gb ram
gigabyte super clocked 210 with fan
and 2 extra case fan.

and i forgot to say that.pc without gpu (with integrated gpu) its super silent, with gpu (210) it makes noise but its not from gpu. psu is 305w.. should i get a bigger psu?
