The thing I see that stands out is your power supply. It's absolute low end junk and does not meet the requirements for a GTX 770.

Replace it with a quality 600w unit and I would bet your issues will be fixed. The Kingston RAM is also a bad idea with an Intel system since they are the only company still using old and or low quality modules that need 1.65v to reach DDR3 1600 cas 9 speeds. Thankfully Haswell is less sensitive to RAM voltage than Sandy and Ivy Bridge were.

BF4 is having issues so much that the DLC has been pulled. Metro Last Light is a beast but you should be doing better than that. Do you have SSAA enabled? If so that might be causing your low FPS. That even makes my GTX 780 slow down and 4x SSAA looks like what you are getting here.

Not that i think the psu is the issue, but OP you do need to upgrade it.

are you completely sure that its the psu.s fault...?i mean i got 20 fps on 4x ssaa and on 0.5 ssaa over 60 most of the time...what are the side effects of having a unpowerfull psu???the psu that im considering buying is this one https://www.skroutz.gr/s/2614959/Corsair-VS-Series-VS65...

If you are getting 20 FPS with 4 x SSAA and over 60 with .5 SSAA that is exactly in line with HardOCP's benchmarks. That's your problem. Metro Last Light is a beast. I can get playable frame rates with 4 x SSAA with my overclocked GTX 780/2600K setup but I have it turned down to 2 x SSAA because it's smoother.

That being said you are still using a really bad, underpowered power supply for your system. Best case scenario it burns out the power supply. Worst case scenario it burns out the power supply and it takes your graphics card and motherboard with it. The most probable scenario is that it lasts a little while and slowly damages the capacitors on your motherboard and graphics card. The Corsair VS is not a high end unit but it is at least plenty of power for your system. You might can do better for the same price though.

As far as the available connectors are concerned, all the units feature eight SATA power plugs, at least three MOLEX plugs, as well as a 6-pin and a 6+2-pin PCI Express connectors.
