Hello, so I'm working on a build that is below $900 and that can run current games nicely (high settings, 1080p, 30fps+), can mix music, do video editing(not all the time but small, short films here and there), and everyday internet browsing. Here are my components that i chose from (http://pcpartpicker.com/) *Please note some prices given are after mail in rebate*:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K, 3.4GHz (planning on overclocking in the future) $219.95*
MotherBoard: MSI Z77MA-G45 Micro ATX LGA1155 $84.98*
RAM: A-Data XPG Gaming Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 $76.99
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $59.98* (Planning on getting a SSD later for OS)
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 760 2GB $249.99*
Case: Corsair 350D MicroATX Mid Tower $69.99*
PSU: Corsair Gaming 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX $89.99

Base Total: $923.58
Mail-in Rebates: -$45.00* (* indicating mail and rebate price)
Total: $878.58

For my build I do plan on overclocking the CPU (will be water cooling at the time of overclocking). I do not plan on doing SLI. Thanks for reading and any suggestions will be very helpful as I am new to PC building and am just getting up to par with the components.

Solution
That I would pass on - not a fan a LC, I've got a 3570K running at 4.7 with a Hyper 212 EVO and have no cooling problems, the only time I look at liquid is for very extreme OCing, and those are generally few and far between, get maybe one build a year out of 50 or so that I'll take on w/ LC
