Hello Dudes and Dudettes. My computer originally had a Fatal1ty MotherBoard but unfortunately a big cup of water spilled right into my computer damaging it to the point of... well dead. I sent it to a company to Troubleshoot the issue (lazy I know) and they switched out the mother board to the GIGABYTE. The Computer runs at lightning speed and is incredibly smooth, even while playing online MMO, but for some reason I cannot change the graphic settings to Medium, High or Very High without the computer rebooting. In fact the only way I can play a game is on Windowed Mode and the graphic setting is on Low or sometimes Very Low. Also there is a sound that I believe to be coming from the power supply. It seems that the sound increases when I increase either the window of the game and the graphic setting. The minute that I increase the window too much or the graphics too high the computer Reboots. No BSOD. Normal Reboot. I had a tech look at the computer and he checked out the event viewer and couldn't find the issue. All Drivers including Windows itself have been updated.
I am no Tech, but I want to say its the PSU.

Like I said I am no Tech. I only understand some Tech Lingo. What is Mb bios, and how do I update? What are the mb standoffs, and how do I check if they put them back? What is the io shield and how do I check if its grounded right?
Also Warranty for Graphics Card past due.
