First time building a gaming PC. Price under 900 aud. I just need the PC itself, no peripherals needed. Prefer intel for the CPU and I probably won't overclock. Seems really complicated and risky.

Solution

I5-3750 is $238 by the time you put that with a decent Mobo it costs about the same and you are still back with the old chip setting. If you choose to go the AMD route you could use this set up to stay under 900 AUD
