I want to overclock my core i5 2500k to 4.5 ghz
also I have 2 gtx 780ti sli, and a water-cooling system (cpu and gpu), is a 750w 80 gold enough?

No. As seen on the list posted above a 920w unit is recommended. Since there are no 920w power supplies that would mean 950 -1000 watts.
