CPU cooler help

I am getting a CPU cooler but for my NZXT Hades case, which doesn't fit big ones. I do not want something expensive, but something that is better than the stock cooler I have and much quieter. Air or Water doesn't matter. AM3+ and maximum 154mm high. Thanks

try looking at the top 5 lists on frostytech.com (there is one page/list for best cooling by height for low-profile needs)

there are.....AMD is at the bottom of the pages in a different chart, Intel is the top charts.

If you look at individual HSF's from the list (look up the specs either in frostytech reviews or elsewhere), many are AM3+ comaptible

A lot of Zalman coolers are 154mm, or shorter, in height.

The Thermalright True Spirit 120M would be a good choice, as well.

Considering Noctua NH-L12, heard Noctua is beast. Also getting fan controllers for my case and stuff. Will be great!
