Noctua NH-U14S vs Corsair H80i

I got myself today a nh-u14s for $64. When the store ad uploaded the boxing day deals, the H80i is on sale for $70. Should I exchange the noctua or keep it? Thanks.

Personally I'd exchange but if youre happy with the noctua keep it

The H80i makes more noise but also provides a little more cooling. So it depends how much of an OC you're going to be doing.

I'm considering looks and functionally. The noctua is 5 degress hotter and 10 dB quiter according to these results compared to the corsair http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2734&page=5
