Solution

If you have the installation Box still, there is both a 32 and a 64-bit Disc inside. The same CD-Key will work fine for both.

You can not upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit, so you will have to backup all your data and do a fresh install.

If you don't have the disc, you can get the retail .iso from Microsofts site and create your own 64-bit Installation disc by following their instructions. (For free, no CD-Key included) If you can't find your CD-Key that you have currently, the program I use is called Speccy. It will display system information including your CD-Key in use on your Operating System.
