Hi:) ,
That could mean a few things actually, could be your RAM not in right, or maybe graphics card....whats are the parts that you have? Not for sure your mobo is doa:D

BTW with the RAM apply alot of pressure to the sides so that it clicks into place you will need alot more pressure then you think, when I built mine that was my prob... make sure it clicks into place, watch a video if not sure.
Hope this helps GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

edit:here a thread where that was the prob with same beep code

You must go through process of elimination and verify the card works in another computer. If it does then pull everything out of the computer that isn't necessary and see if it will start up. Then and one by one and boot each time. In other words don't add all the ram at once and so a step by step with each piece.

i have pulled everything out of the computer and i start it with just the cpu psu and cpu cooler plugged in and i get a constant long beep for not having in any memory then i add 1 stick of ram and then i get a long beep and two short ones which means a graphics card error. So i plug in my gpu and i get the same 1 long beep and 2 short beeps. My open computer is not big enough for me to try out my card in that motherboard but i did take my old card out of my old computer and plug it in and i get the same 1 long beep 2 short ones.
