Within the price of 1200-1400 Canadian without peripherals (monitor, keyboard) and also without tax . I play high graphic intensive games. I don't need any useless parts like a sound card.

More about : hardcore gaming build

Alright so I have two builds here. I need a build that I'll be going through with 100%. I'm going to be buying it tomorrow. I believe the CPU, CPU Cooler, RAM, Hard Drive, SSD, Case, Optical Drive, and the PSU are fixed as the CPU and cooler are being suggested all over the forums and the rest of the products won't make a big difference. But I'm being suggested different motherboards and GPU's and I'm not sure what to do. Any help is appreciated and this is urgent.
Thanks.

Okay, if your not going to be doing any overclocking, don't worry about using a third party cpu-cooler, the stock will be fine and save you some cash. I regards to GPU; getting either a GTX 770 or 780 will do you fine, I would recommend something similar to the second build that uses a cheaper (but still very good) motherboard and invests some more into the GPU. Another thing worth thinking about is whether you need a optical drive, if you do, it might be worth just taking one from a previous system as it won't really make any difference whether it's new or not (within the last 2-3 years).
