I can get a Laptop or a Computer the shop has to be PCworlds
With a computer the monitor has to be included my max limit is £600 or a little bit over I have a couple of ideas of what I want I would like to buy one for the 24th of Febuary for my smaller brothers birthday and he really wants a computer or a laptop that he can play games on. The current laptop that he has is kind of slow and my brother would want to record himself play minecraft If he would not be able to he still wants to be able to play
My first choice was

I would like you guys to tell me around how much frames per second each of theese would run for minecraft
But at the same time I want to spend less money so I can give my brother some money aswell

Choice 3 would be the best as I personally find that AMD is better than Nvidia. But all of these would be more than enough to play minecraft. If I had this much money I would buy the best parts I could find and then assemble it myself. It's far cheaper and better if you know what you are doing. I think you're brother would like it if you showed him how to do it after researching a bit yourself. It's not that hard!

Yeah, shaders are a factor too. If he's gonna use something simple like say sildur's shaders then any of the 4 choices would be fine. If he is gonna use something more advanced like GLSL then I would recommend assembling a PC. I myself don't like to use shaders, it hurts my eyes. :p
