So as the title says, I've tried to see if one of them were faulty, Negative.
Tried switching the dimms
Tried increasing voltage
Tried changing the Mhz
Tried Msconfig Maximum Memory 8192, It wouldn't save.
Computer is ON 64bit not 32.
Ram type Corsair Vengeance 2133mhz 2*4
970A-G46 Msi Motherboard
Asus HD7770 2GD5
Amd 8320 8 core.
850pwr supply Nzxt.
30g Sata (For Windows) 2TB for everything else.

Are they in the same color slots? If so then make sure both are pushed in all the way (after powering down ofc). If that still doesn't work switch the slots they are in ( If they are in the black switch then to tan or vice versa, or whatever color your mobos are).

EDIT: ^ Still applys but try running with just one stick of RAM. If it works switch sticks in the same slot. If it doesn't boot you have a bad RAM. If it does then you have a bad mobo.

I tested the ram sticks and Dimms and switched them all around. The ram isn't faulty. I was wondering if it had to do with my windows not being activated yet? Really doubt that but possible, No? I also was thinking as the package only said it was for intel and didnt say anything about amd, Yet I'm using it and when I googled it I think it said it was supported by amd... But yeah. Idk.

Per the specs of your motherboard, it accepts 2133mhz RAM, but only over-clocked (O.C.). I'm guessing you have to make some manual changes in BIOS For your system to accept both the RAM quantity and speed. Don't ask me how as I don't know, but I'm pretty sure there are BIOS settings for RAM speed and Cas Latency that need to be set.

So. I'd set it to 2133mhz... Case latency?

Sorry. CAS latency. It would need to be set to the specs that match your memory. Again, I've never done this before, so I'm pretty much talking out my posterior here. I have no idea if this is even the cause of your issue, but I'm fairly certain it needs to be done.

Apparently Dimm 3 & 4 were Defective.
