which graphics card would be best for me? tell its memory also!!

i've got this
motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M LX V2
Processor: AMD FX-6100 3.3Ghz unlocked, (6 cores) (not overclocked)
Display: 1600x900 resolution 22 inches
RAM: DDR3 Transcend (4x2) 8 GB RAM (1333 mhz)
HDD: Seagate SATA 1TB 5900RPM
Graphics Card: ??????????now using integrated graphics onboard (i.e. 1GB HD 3000)!!
psu: Iball Marathon 500W peak
please tell what graphics card should i buy which would be best for my rig!!
thanks!! i am a moderate gamer, i want to play Most Wanted 2012 on ultra!!, GTA 4 on ultra, Battle Field 3 on high to ultra!!

My Budget is around 10,000 INR

Depends on your budget, and do you have a preference between AMD or Intel?

7870 /7950 ( can be had for very good prices these days, will not be available for much longer, OC versions if the price is in your budget)
R270x /R280, r280x, if you can find them for reasonable prices.
I'm a big believer in getting cards with good cooling solutions on them, the 10% ish price premium over a reference design is worth it for long life and low operating temps in my opinion.

660ti/670, can be had for reasonable prices.
770's are a bit down in price right now I believe.

Going much above this range of cards with your system will not yield a lot of "bang for buck"

Make sure you check power requirements for any card you buy, make sure your psu has the right plugs to hook up to it, and check the dimensions of the card to be sure it will physically fit inside the case.

And remember the Golden Rule of buying Video Cards!

No matter what you buy, where you buy it, or how good the deal is, a "better" one will be on sale next month.

I have no idea what INR is, indian ruples? I meant AMD or nVidia, just been posting on too many threads tonight.

1GB or 2GB of the cards?

The 2 Gb version is worth it. Usually not a lot more money, but a lot of modern games will use more than 1 GB of Vram.
