Solution
7870 /7950 ( can be had for very good prices these days, will not be available for much longer, OC versions if the price is in your budget)
R270x /R280, r280x, if you can find them for reasonable prices.
I'm a big believer in getting cards with good cooling solutions on them, the 10% ish price premium over a reference design is worth it for long life and low operating temps in my opinion.

660ti/670, can be had for reasonable prices.
770's are a bit down in price right now I believe.

Check the article here on Tom's "Best video cards for the money"
Going much above this range of cards with your system will not yield a lot of "bang for buck"

Make sure you check power requirements for any card you buy, make sure your psu has the right...

Make sure you check power requirements for any card you buy, make sure your psu has the right plugs to hook up to it, and check the dimensions of the card to be sure it will physically fit inside the case.

And remember the Golden Rule of buying Video Cards!

No matter what you buy, where you buy it, or how good the deal is, a "better" one will be on sale next month.

INR is Indian Rupees
And I would prefer AMD cards but still suggest a comparative Nvidia card also.
