Hi, either motherboard will support any SINGLE GPU you should select. Of those 2 motherboards I prefer ASUS from experience. And, that one has 4 DIMM slots for RAM, I don't like to be limited on RAM slots as you always seem to need/want more RAM in future.

The MSI brand makes Great video cards solid, cool, and quiet. And I personally love the RED & Dragons theme! The GTX 760 is a great card in that ~$200 price range. I'd look at AMD 270X also for comparision.

You don't mention the rest of the system but be sure you get a Corsair, Antec, or Seasonic 650watt power supply for your system. Getting a cheapo or too small will be nothing but trouble in a gaming system....

Now, while those board will Work, they are the lowest end Business focus chip set boards. So, for gaming, unless your already own 'em or someone gave it too you I'd skip BOTH.....

Here's some detail on Intel MB chip sets...

A quick search of Newegg would make THIS card my recommendation, & only a few dollar more. It uses a full Gaming chipset on the MB. Has 4 DIMMs for RAM. AND, support a second GPU in future!

Now, you'll notice I suggested a Z77 based motherboard (vs Z78) This is an older board "1155" socket. I'm assuming a tight budget here so this "yesterday's tech" board is a STEAL..... And, you'll find "1155" Ivy Bridge (vs more current "1150" Haswell CPU also a bit cheaper while performance difference is very, very small....)

MB: $69 (Z77/1155 (after rebate))

MB: $110 (Z78/1150)
