First of all, thank you in advance for your help. I've been a lot ot time reading tom's Hardware and I'm new on this forums, so... Hello to everybody, Happy Holidays!! I'm from Spain and I expect to receive a little help to get the best set up for my new PC.
Approximate Purchase Date: ASAP, tomorrow or today if possible
Budget Range: 1200€ shipping included
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming and Graphic Design (Photoshop, Autocad, Revit, 3DStudio, Solidworks, Corel Draw...)
Are you buying a monitor: Yes but not with this budget, I'll buy a 27", don't know yet if Dell u2713hm or asus pb278q, or any other, I expect you could help me too with this. Around 500€ plus for monitor
Parts to Upgrade: Complete tower, already have keyboard and trackball
Do you need to buy OS: No

Parts Preferences: Here I have all my doubts, and I'm trying to explain all of them:
1- I think, by reading a lot of reviews, that I have to go for a 2011 socket and i7 4820k (for future OC if needed), but I'm not sure now if a 1150 socket and i7 4770k would be best (and have same price now) or if a AMD would be a good choice not only thinking in gaming, also in Graphic Design and Editing. What would I choose?
2- MOBO, if 2011 socket would be Gigabyte X79-UD3, and in this mobo I think RAM have to by by 4 modules of same kind to get the best perfomance, ¿is that right? or 2 modules would be the same? I'm looking for 16GB set up, and must be 2100 and CL10?
3- In the Cooler system I don't know if getting now a normal one like Cooler Master Hyper 412S would do the work and in the future if I need to OC go to a better one.
4- Graphic card I was thinking in Gigabyte GTX 760 Ti OC 4GB. I usually work with one monitor only but sometimes I use another one. I don't know if with a 27" would need a second one and it it's better go to a GTX 770 Ti OC 2GB or better.
5- HDD would be one SSD for SO, principal game and software design programs, Samsung 840 EVO would be a good choice? I would buy another HDD of 1TB for data and other programs, but not SSD xD
6- Tower, I think a Mid Tower would be the best, I don't wont lights, windows and gaming pc towers, I want a quiet tower with good ventilation system, USB 3.0 on the front, and nothing more I think... Antec tower I have now is the best I've bought ever... but it has 4 years, I don't know now what would be the best price/perfomance
7- Power supply, I think around 800W, I like it to be modular to get off wires I don't need, Tacens valeo v 900w 80 plus silver is good choice?
8- Monitor: As I said, budget of 1200€ do not include monitor, I'm between DELL U2713hm and ASUS PB278Q, around 500€ monitors, but don't know if Dell problems are now solved, or if it's better really for graphic editing and design, or if ASUS would be as good as DELL, or if could be any other model...
And lets keep with the data...
Overclocking: Maybe in the future if necessary
SLI or Crossfire: Yes / No / Maybe
Your Monitor Resolution: 2560x1440 in the new 27" I want to buy
Additional Comments: I would like a quite PC Mid Tower, actually I have Antec tower and it's very good. I don't want windows or gaming towers with leds.
Why Are You Upgrading: I'm upgrading to get better gaming perfomance ATM, but also because I need to use the actual PC in other job so I need a new PC tower and I want a new one for at lest 3-4 Years. Usually 2 years after bought it I know I'll change graphic card for gaming, but the rest of the PC must be the same and do its job.
I think that's all, don't know if I left something important... I don't think so... sorry If my english have some gramatical errors, hope you can understand all the information
