Hey everybody, thanks for looking at this thread.

I'm having some issues running Skyrim, with any ENB or high-definition texture mods. I have a Z87 Extreme3 Motherboard, 16GB DDR3 2400 RAM, a GTX 770 2GB, and a Intel i770k 3.5ghz processor.

Without ENB, or graphics mods, I can run Skyrim and other games fine. With graphics mods, the game will CTD. With ENB? Even worse configuration--the game will crash with the entire computer in check, forcing a manual restart. I've tried everything from allotting more RAM to virtual processes using CTD, to uninstalling all mods except for ENB, and so forth. The only thing I haven't tried is ENBoost, which I plan to later tonight.

Benchmarking my video card showed no issues--and my video drivers seem up to date. This brings up three possible outcomes:

There's a minor flaw with my video card; my 2GB VRAM is completely limiting any graphic enhancements; or the simple fact that I'm running 32.bit is bottlenecking RAM.

However, none of these explain the incidence of total computer failure--it will freeze up, make a repeated audio noise (like a segmented-buzz), and show a white/grey screen. I have to manually restart the PC. This has only happened with ENB twice; and not with high-definition. Either way, high-definition graphics were CTDs.

I know that people with less expensive rigs run ENBs without any problems. What could be the cause of this?

Thank you.
