gtx 660 brand confusion

Hello Frnds,

which brand should i get for gtx 660:

Galaxy
Palit
Msi
zotac (but fans are annoyingly loud under full load or half)

confused between these 4.

Please help guys.

i m planning to get MSI NVIDIA N660-2GD5/OC 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card but with card will Seasonic s12ii 520 be more than enough or just enough or should i go for Seasonic S12ii620 watts

My current config is :
Intel i5 2nd gen 2300 2.8 ghz with boost upto 3.10ghz
gskill 8 gb ram
1tb hdd of toshiba and 500gb of seagate
atec custom cooler for cpu cooling
3 fans of Cooler master
cooler master elite 430 case
asrock mobo
1 dvd drive
and last but not least ati radeon hd 6670 ddr5
and next year gtx 660 instead of hd 6670
samsung syncmaster s22b150
and hopefully corasir sdd 120gb.

And most important i will not oc anything
