Windows 7 Installation Issues

Everytime i start to install, it completes the first step then starts expanding the files. It then does it's first restart but when it restarts it goes back to the beggining of the install process where you pick languages and stuff. I'm using a USB to install to an SSD if thats any help.

This worked, Thanks! This has never happened to me before, I have no idea why the boot order got messed up...
I also unplugged my HDD and CD/DVD drive to make sure they weren't messing anything up.
Anyways.. Thanks again, happy holidays!
