I have a I7 4770k with intel orignal motherboard . 1tb wd hdd and 500gb hitachi hdd and a coler master thunder 600w psu.
will this cooler master 600w psu enough for r9 280x

I wouldnt recommend 600w especially cooler master's psu. I see you have a I7-K if you are planning to over clock get 700w or more. I know that 280x stated 600w is "recommended" but would be better with 650(or more) if you are not planning on overclock or upgrading graphics card or something.

Edited: 600w is find but go with brands like Seasonic or XFX

600w will be enough for both, if youre not planning to overclock or crossfire/SLI. I dont think 'original' Intel motherboard would be a good overclock boards.

If you are going to use you pc nonstop ( Like I do) you'll need a psu that will deliver 600w continuous power. SoIf you have a crap psu, when you are using your a lot they looses the power and in result blue screen or fleshing screen ( I have that alot on my older pc).

I actually have that same psu or at least a similar one. I just got a 280x, and after about a week of it working it stopped delivering enough power for the gpu then outright died. So I would say it's a bad idea from experience. Maybe if you are running no overclock like I was it might stay under but I doubt it. My overclock was not using that much extra power on my i5 3570k. So after a bit it failed from stress and being 2 years old and on all the time. With all the stuff running on the 12v rail you are not left with much power. Check your amps if they are high enough you should be ok. 280x requires 30 amps, so make sure you have 30 amps available for the card alone.
