HI guyz

My hardware specification

*Intel i7 4770k

*asus sabertooth z87

*corsair 650D

*Corsair 850TX PSU

*WD Black 2TB

*seagate 250gb x(2)

*corsair vengeance red 32gb

*asus gtx 780

i am little confuse when i read some review about these they say h100i and hyper evo 212 not have to much difference in term of performance i don't wan't to overclock which is good for me

or

if i overclock which is better for me
compare in term of performance not in price

sry for bad english and thxs in advance

Hyper 212 gives great cooling for the money, and will definitely allow you to overclock a fair bit.
H100i is quite a bit more money, you now have water involved, and not all cases have a good place to mount the radiator.

Hyper 212 is a fairly tall cooler, make sure it fits inside the case.

Performance wise, the H100i WILL take more heat away, but you would need to be running a pretty stiff overclock for the better cooling to matter.
And it will still only cool the cpu down to whatever room temperature is, no matter what.

If you don't plan on overclocking, or only overclocking to some reasonable number and not going for max OC, a Hyper 212 will perform very close to the H100i. That big watercooler is overkill for stock or mild...

The biggest difference in performance would be if your case did not have good airflow or many case fans, and you mounted the radiator on the outside of the case where air could get at it. Which I would not do, I'd be too scared of something punching a hole in the radiator.
But for the difference in price, you could get Hyper 212 AND a good airflow case, and get just as much cooling.

your 650d will support the (2x120mm) 240mm radiator in the h100i. if your trying to get above upwards of 4.5ghz on the 4770k, i would suggest either a noctua nh-d14 or the h100i. the noctua is probably going to be a little quieter and a little cheaper but isn't quite as good at cooling than the water cooling solution. but you may also be stuck with a chip that wont go past a certain clock without you manually adjusting the voltage higher than you would like to be running 24/7/365. in that case the noctua might be a better cooling solution as the extra performance of the water cooling is not needed.
