PC Freezes every 30 sec for over a minute

Hey guys!

my computer freezes Randomly every 30sec. Sometimes i can work a bit longer, but not often.
When i have sound on the sound gets played very slow and stops after 20 seconds. I can't move the mouse or push any keys. I have to wait until it ran out to work again. Task manager isn't working either.

Please help me!
And please in normal english ;) i am bad to computer english :)

Start with "Safe Mode" and try running a virus scan. If you are not familiar with safe mode (see link below), it is very basic and the screen will appear very low resolution, which is normal. If you can run a virus scan in safe mode and there are no apparent problems, try running "System Restore" back to a date before you had these problems. You can also try inserting your Windows disk and choose "repair" instead of "install Windows".
