CPU is old. Look new LGA 1150 cpu.
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/cpu/#m=21&c=4&k=24&sort=a...
AND then mobo
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/motherboard/#sort=a8

Memory is maybe better 2*4GB kit.

GTX 660 is old. Look GTX 760 or R9 270x or better.

PSU Look rosewill cappstone 550w or bigger 650/750w.
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-caps...

Really good reliable and with good efficiency.

Then it helps if tell the budget and where are buing parts :)

Looked at the components ;)  have worked with one of those MSI mobos, your mobo will take the 3470, GPU, DRAM, Drives aren't mobo specific in this case (at times can be I.E. SSDs with the SF 12xx controllers aren't compatible with Z87 mobos, I have a systems business and one big reason I'm here is to help me keep up with all the hardware out there, been in systems over 30 years and do my best to keep up with all I can (at least that I'm at all interested in, which is most of it) ;)
