GTX 580 weird lines in games, please help !!

Hello guys,

So I've been having these strange lines and artificial things while playing games, I searched a lot with no results or solutions. I really hope someone here will help

Second and third pics down.
Classic memory artifacts.
First check the GPU temperatures and fan speeds at idle (a few minuets or so after a cold boot) and under load (during a game), use GPUZ, it's free and stable.
Post the results.

thank you so much for yur reply.
It is indeed the problem, but i tried backing off to an older nvidia driver 331.65 and lines were way less than on 331.82.

anyway i'mreplacing the card, thanks coozie
