BSOD while playing games

Hi there, I have a new PC with the following config:
MB: Asus Maximus VI Gene.
PRO: Intel Core i7 4770K 3.5GHz,
RAM: 16GB Corsair Venegeance 2X8GB 1600MHz,Zotac Nvidia 650ti boost 2GB DDR5 GPU, Kingston 120GB SSD, WD 2TB HDD, Corsair VS550 SMPS, Corsair 500R casing, Dell S2240L @ 1920x1080p..... My problem is that when i play games it would give me BSOD after 10-15mins of game play, i need help... i guess i should liquid cool both CPU & GPU

Monitor temperatures to see if anything is overheating.

Set the graphics card to run at 980Mhz core clock and shader clock, 6000Mhz memory clock.

Stock frequency can be higher than the reference. Most manufacturers set their cards to run faster than reference, and sometimes to the consequence of it running unstable and crashing at load in games.
