Hi there, can you please post your operating system?
A quick test you can do is to right click the windows desktop, if you have an "AMD Catalyst Control Center" option then the drivers have installed correctly.

You should have something like this http://i.imgur.com/978jVrM.png
Hey, sorry about the late reply. It sounds like you have the driver, if you click on the option "AMD Vision Control Center" or whatever it is and open it you should get something like this pop up http://i.imgur.com/hPYo7Eu.png (it may take a while to open). I think you may be using a very old version of the AMD drivers, if you installed them via disc then this is most certainly the case. My advice to you would be to uninstall your current drivers, then download and install the newest drivers (13.12) from the AMD website.
A few tips to help you:
-Make sure you get all your drivers through the official AMD website and NOT a third party website. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
-When you update your drivers always uninstall the old version before installing the newer ones.
THANKS !!! can I ask why windows is saying I can only use 1.95gb of ram when I have 4gb installed ? I have 64 bit operating system (windows 8 ) howcan I fix tht?
Unfortunately I'm no windows 8 expert To me it seems like windows is using 2gb leaving you with only 1.95gb left over. You might want to head over to the windows 8 forums and post up there.
