I bought a retail copy of GTA 4 for my PC, before I bought it I checked my system on game debate and system requirements lab they all said that I am recommended on ultra settings. But when I played the game it lags so much I even did the msconfig way still it lags.. Can you help me please :(

My specs are:
AMD A8 5600K
Radeon HD 7560D
4GB RAM

not on ultra settings and it depends on your ram speed when using onboard settings the faster the ram the better performance e.g 1333mhz will bomb in framerates as for 1866mhz youd get about 10 more
